This is really an easy recipe. You will have to adjust the “spicy” to your tastes.
Traditional Guacamole
2 Hass avocados, ripe but firm, cut into 2″ pieces
2 oz. of white onion
1 garlic clove (medium to large, depending on your taste)
1/2 medium beefsteak tomato, cut into 4 pieces
Juice from 1/2 Lime
15 whole cilantro leaves
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 small Jalapeno (seeds removed) or hot sauce You may want to use 1/2 of the Jalapeno.
Add all ingredients to the 40 oz. pitcher and pulse until desired consistency is achieved. Serve with your favorite chips. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. NOTE: I like sour cream in my guacamole, in case, you do too, then put 1/4 cup of sour cream in the mix. OLE!!!
